Warbird Healthcare Advisors Debuts Program for Strategic Execution

Atlanta-based Warbird Healthcare Advisors has launched Enterprise Performance ARC, an advisory initiative designed to bridge the gap between high-level hospital strategy and long-term operational results. The program focuses on behavioral science and change management to help leadership teams maintain momentum during complex organizational transitions.

The program functions as an extension of Warbird’s Transitional Leadership Solutions practice. By applying human-centered principles to institutional architecture, the initiative aims to identify execution risks before they stall critical projects. It moves away from traditional academic learning models, favoring an empirical risk assessment approach intended to foster cultural alignment among staff.

Industry veterans Melody Trimble and Jennifer Matthews spearhead the effort. Trimble, a former health system CEO, and Matthews, a certified behavioral coach, work directly with client partners to bolster accountability and consistency across clinical and financial departments. According to Richard Woods, Executive Vice President of the firm, the goal is to shift focus from merely setting priorities to ensuring that teams share a unified vision for implementation.

This launch marks a strategic expansion for Warbird, which has spent two decades providing executive search services and operational consulting. CEO Michael Draa emphasized that while the firm provides the roadmap, the long-term viability of these changes rests on the aptitudes and support systems provided to local leadership teams. The firm intends for this framework to mitigate the common tendency for major healthcare initiatives to lose momentum over time.
