The new AI 101 for Executive Search Teams program addresses a significant gap in professional training by providing virtually facilitated sessions at a price point designed to be more accessible than individual certification courses. Rebecca Ditchey, Senior Program Manager for Learning & Development at AESC, notes that the curriculum is intended to improve operational efficiency and assignment outcomes by grounding abstract technology in the realities of daily workflows.

Firms can select from three specialized workshops: AI-Powered Search Execution, AI for Market Intelligence & Talent Strategy, or AI for Client Delivery, Reporting & Compliance. Following an initial discovery call to assess a firm’s existing technology stack and learning goals, AESC and Epistemy customize the sessions to ensure the material remains practical and relevant to specific team needs. This approach seeks to provide a roadmap for firms struggling to identify where to deploy AI without the benefit of a dedicated internal strategist.
