TecsPal, which maintains a presence in markets including Brazil, Spain, and the Philippines, manages the hardware needs of remote teams through an automated platform. By bringing this infrastructure in-house, Vensure aims to solve a persistent pain point for global employers: equipping international staff with the necessary technology from their first day. The startup currently serves over 500 client companies and maintains an average delivery time of 3.5 days for global hardware requests.

Alex Campos, CEO of Vensure, noted that the modern employer requires more than just administrative compliance and payroll support; they require the physical infrastructure to sustain a distributed workforce. For TecsPal, the merger provides the necessary scale to amplify its existing operations. Juan Pablo Bordaberry, co-founder and CEO of TecsPal, stated that the partnership provides the reach required to support distributed teams at a level previously unattainable as an independent entity. This move follows a period of growth for Vensure, which now processes over $153 billion in annual payroll for clients across 175 countries.
