Treon Inc. designed its new platform to preserve the core processes and familiar user experience established by Amazon Monitron, which launched in 2020 and helped reduce unplanned downtime at fulfillment centers by nearly 70%. By integrating core technologies from the former system, Treon aims to minimize operational disruption for current users through discounted subscriptions and a streamlined setup process.

Beyond basic continuity, Treon Flow introduces enhanced fault detection, site-wide asset health visualization, and more flexible reporting tools. These upgrades target the specific needs of large asset fleets, such as complex conveyor systems, where efficiency and reliability are critical. The company plans to demonstrate these capabilities at PACK EXPO International in Chicago, scheduled for October 18–21, 2026, at booth S-3196. With operations in Finland, France, and the United States, Treon currently supports over 200 global customers, positioning this migration as a strategic move to consolidate its footprint in the smart industry sector.
