mF International Overhauls Digital Presence Amid Pivot to Crypto Mining
Hong Kong-based mF International is signaling its departure from legacy financial trading software by launching two dedicated websites to track its pivot toward a digital asset-native ecosystem. The platform update serves as a public ledger for the Nasdaq-listed firm’s shift into Bitcoin Cash mining and insurance ventures.

The new portals, mfi.ltd and ir.mfi.ltd, consolidate operational metrics that were previously scattered across traditional financial disclosures. Investors can now monitor the company’s Bitcoin Cash (BCH) treasury holdings and hash rate capacity, which have become central pillars of the firm’s business model since early 2026. This transparency initiative arrives as the company pursues a Bermuda Class IILT insurance license, a move intended to underpin a future line of digital asset-denominated life insurance products.
Chairman and CEO Dawei Yuan described the web rollout as a practical marker of the company’s ongoing transformation. While acknowledging that the sites are not the core of the strategy, Yuan noted they provide a clearer window into the firm’s transition from a provider of forex and precious metals solutions to a blockchain-focused enterprise. The company, which now focuses on its BCH treasury strategy and self-mining operations, expects these platforms to serve as the primary communication hub for stakeholders tracking its regulatory and operational milestones.
