Boot Hill Casino Extends Sports Wagering Partnership Through 2030
The Boot Hill Casino & Resort has secured its operational future in Kansas by finalizing a multi-year extension of its sports wagering management contracts. The agreements, which run through 2030, solidify the casino's role as a primary hub for state-sanctioned sports betting while maintaining its long-standing collaboration with DraftKings.

Butler National Corporation, the parent company of the casino’s operator BHCMC, LLC, confirmed that the new deal with the Kansas Lottery maintains the material terms of their original 2022 arrangement. This extension ensures the casino continues to manage sports wagering operations under the state's regulatory framework, providing a stable foundation for the facility's ongoing investments in guest amenities and sportsbook technology.
Simultaneously, the casino reached a ten-year agreement with DraftKings to continue facilitating online and mobile wagering. According to General Manager Ryan Deutsch, the partnership remains a vital component of the resort’s strategy to drive tourism and economic development in Southwest Kansas. By securing these long-term commitments, the property aims to sustain its growth trajectory, balancing its role as a regional entertainment destination with the generation of state revenue.
