SU Group Holdings Retains Nasdaq Listing After Price Compliance
Hong Kong-based security firm SU Group Holdings Limited has officially cleared a critical regulatory hurdle, receiving formal confirmation from Nasdaq that it now meets the exchange’s minimum bid price requirement. The company’s Class A ordinary shares will continue trading under the SUGP ticker, ending a period of potential delisting uncertainty.

The compliance notification follows a strategic consolidation of shares executed by the firm on August 6, 2026. By meeting the standards set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), the company secures its position on the Nasdaq Capital Market. This development effectively halts the need for further panel hearings regarding the company's listing status.
Operating for over two decades, SU Group provides integrated security solutions across Hong Kong. Its portfolio spans security engineering, guarding, and screening services, alongside vocational training. The company manages various infrastructure projects, including threat detection systems and traffic control installations for public and private sector clients, ranging from residential properties to large-scale commercial facilities.
