PostNet Honors Top Franchisees at Annual Chattanooga Gathering
Amid a push for 2027 growth, PostNet gathered its network in Chattanooga, Tennessee, to recognize standout operators from across the globe. The event served as both a celebration of individual excellence and a tactical workshop for franchise owners looking to sharpen their revenue and customer retention strategies.
Jerry Kahn of Lake Forest, Illinois, secured the top honor as Franchisee of the Year, while Felice Parker of Dresher, Pennsylvania, earned the Franchisees' Choice Award. The company also recognized regional leaders, including Linda Schiele of Draper, Utah, who was named Central Region Center of the Year, and Kenneth and Liezl Carr, representing the Canada region.
Beyond the awards, the conference focused on actionable business development. Franchisees participated in sessions covering revenue recovery, key account management, and workflow optimization. Bill McPherson, vice president of retail network development, noted that the event provides a critical environment for owners to align on core values—such as "Courageous Ambition" and "Tenacious Mindset"—while preparing for the challenges of the coming years.
