Modern Micro Endodontics Expands Into Bergen County
Patients in Englewood Cliffs now have increased access to specialized root canal and emergency dental care following the acquisition of Dr. Anthony Fasciano’s long-standing practice by Modern Micro Endodontics. This transition marks the ninth location for the New Jersey-based group, which specializes in microscopic endodontic procedures.
The Englewood Cliffs office at 617 E. Palisades Ave retains its original staff during the handoff, with Dr. Fasciano remaining temporarily to assist with the integration. Dr. Vivian Graham, founder of Modern Micro Endodontics, will oversee the site alongside Dr. Tara Mahpour. Both practitioners have earned recognition as New Jersey Monthly Top Dentists, bringing expertise in surgical endodontics and clinical research to the Bergen County community.
Equipped with surgical operating microscopes, cone-beam computed tomography, and EdgePRO laser technology, the facility prioritizes high-precision diagnostics and treatment. The practice maintains a referral-based model designed to minimize wait times for patients requiring urgent care. Appointments are currently available Monday through Friday, continuing a legacy of specialty dental services that Dr. Graham has developed across Northern and Central New Jersey for over a decade.
