The Kaspa network relies on blockDAG technology, making hashrate access essential for those looking to participate in block production. Traditionally, this process requires significant capital, including the purchase of hardware, stable electricity sourcing, and complex pool management. KuMining removes these technical barriers by aggregating operational requirements into a simplified, pool-based cloud experience.

Contracts for the new service range from 7 to 360 days, offering flexibility for different investment horizons. The platform utilizes a deferred electricity payment structure, where users cover hashrate fees upfront while settling power costs over time. This approach aims to improve cash-flow management for participants. Chief Operating Officer Jolie Du stated that the initiative seeks to make professional mining accessible beyond those with the resources to operate physical equipment. Integrated directly into the KuCoin ecosystem, the service allows users to manage their mining output and assets without navigating fragmented wallets or independent mining pools.
