AIxCrypto Clarifies Capital Strategy Amid RoboShare Expansion
AIxCrypto Holdings is pushing back against market assumptions regarding its recent Schedule 14C filing, clarifying that the document does not trigger an immediate issuance of shares or a mandatory draw on its $50 million equity line of credit, as the company seeks to maintain a disciplined approach to growth.

The company emphasized that it has not issued or sold any shares under the existing facility to date. Executives stated that the equity line of credit serves as a flexible tool for future capital needs rather than a commitment to raise funds immediately. Management intends to evaluate any utilization of the facility based strictly on business requirements and market conditions, with the primary goal of minimizing dilution to existing stockholders.
This strategy supports the ongoing development of RoboShare, an asset-light marketplace designed to connect robot owners with commercial users. By avoiding large-scale robot inventory ownership, AIxCrypto aims to scale its operations in alignment with actual demand. The company noted that the 55-million-share limit on the facility and its total authorized share capacity are separate concepts, cautioning investors against interpreting these figures as a signal of imminent dilution.
