Chris Hemsworth Joins Archie Rose Distilling Co. as Co-Owner

The collaboration marks a pivot for the decade-old distillery, which has built its reputation on a strict commitment to Australian-grown malts and local botanicals. Hemsworth, a long-time supporter of the brand, noted that the spirits evoke a distinct sense of home. He will play an active role in the company's growth, with three co-created whiskies scheduled for release later this year across Asia and New Zealand. The expansion is set to reach the UK and EU by 2027.

Archie Rose has secured over 450 global accolades since its 2014 founding, including multiple titles for World’s Best Rye and Australia’s Best Single Malt. The company recently achieved B Corp certification, a milestone that aligns with Hemsworth’s personal advocacy for sustainability. By maintaining an on-site production model in Botany, the distillery intends to scale its footprint without compromising the provenance-focused techniques that define its award-winning gin and whisky portfolio.
