Target Hospitality Lands $250 Million Data Center Services Deal

Target Hospitality has secured a multi-year contract to provide facility and hospitality services for a top-five hyperscaler’s data center project in West Texas. The deal, which runs through August 2030, is expected to generate approximately $250 million in revenue as the company expands its footprint in the infrastructure sector.

The project involves building a turnkey community to support roughly 1,100 personnel in the Pecos region. To accelerate the timeline, Target plans to reconfigure and upgrade existing under-utilized assets, a strategy that keeps capital expenditure below $15 million while ensuring initial occupancy by the third quarter of 2026. This move marks another milestone for the company’s Hyper/Scale platform, which has seen growing adoption among major tech firms requiring specialized workforce accommodations.

Following the announcement, CEO Brad Archer noted that the contract highlights the company’s ability to deliver flexible, speed-to-market solutions. Since January 2026, Target has secured over $1.7 billion in multi-year awards. Bolstered by this momentum, the company has raised its 2026 financial outlook, now projecting total revenue between $435 million and $445 million. Looking further ahead, management expects the scaling of these contracts to drive annualized revenue past $750 million by the end of 2027.
