PENTAX Medical, a division of the HOYA Group, will now integrate the MAGENTIQ-COLO™ platform directly into its INSPIRA™ EPK-i8020c and IMAGINA™ EPK-i5500c video processors. By embedding this technology, the company aims to provide endoscopists with real-time polyp detection, diagnostic support, and procedural quality metrics within a unified workflow. The expansion follows a successful initial collaboration in the U.S. market, now scaling to provide international access to these clinical tools.

The efficacy of the MAGENTIQ-COLO™ system was established in a multicenter randomized clinical trial published in The Lancet Digital Health. The study recorded a 48% relative decrease in adenoma miss rates, highlighting the potential for AI to standardize diagnostic accuracy. Dominique Vincent, Global President of PENTAX Medical, noted that the integration supports physicians with reliable, high-quality imaging solutions designed for everyday clinical demands. Dror Zur, Founder and CEO of MAGENTIQ EYE, characterized the move as a strategic milestone in the company’s global growth, aimed at ensuring consistent clinical performance for a broader patient base.
