The project aims to improve how HealthCare.gov connects users with registered brokers and agents. By transitioning to a custom-developed solution, the team expects to reduce long-term vendor dependency while increasing the system's scalability and transparency. The contract utilizes a firm-fixed-price structure, aligning with federal mandates to prioritize predictable costs and contractor accountability in government technology delivery.

Meeta Bhuyan, CEO of Oran Inc., noted the focus on delivering a secure, scalable capability that enhances operational visibility for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Rachna Uppal, President of Tyrula LLC, emphasized that the platform serves as a critical bridge for consumers seeking timely assistance. The partnership leverages expertise in cloud modernization, user-centered design, and policy-driven analytics to ensure the new infrastructure remains both accessible and efficient throughout the upcoming Open Enrollment cycles.
