Peter Piper Pizza Invests $1 Million in Arcade Expansion

More than 100 new arcade games and claw machines are arriving at Peter Piper Pizza locations across Arizona and New Mexico this month. The $1 million upgrade aims to modernize the brand's entertainment footprint, complementing a series of new, limited-time menu items designed to draw families back into dining rooms.

The refresh introduces a variety of titles to the chain’s gaming floors, including Guardians of the Galaxy, Monopoly Roll-N-Go, and NBA Gametime. These machines are being installed across 40 locations to bolster the company's dual focus on fresh food and interactive play. Alongside the hardware update, the restaurant is rolling out premium menu additions such as cheddar-stuffed dough dippers, a returning mandarin cranberry salad, and a strawberry crunch dessert.

Genaro Perez, chief marketing officer, noted that the strategy is intended to transform routine dining into an interactive experience. To support this push, the company is also promoting its Double Up XL deal, which provides two extra-large, one-topping pizzas for $29.99. Founded in 1973 and now a subsidiary of CEC Entertainment, the brand operates over 115 locations, maintaining a focus on scratch-made dough and community-based initiatives.
