MindMaze Therapeutics Shifts Focus to Commercial Expansion

With a net loss of CHF 6.9 million reported for the first half of 2026, Geneva-based MindMaze Therapeutics is shedding non-core assets to sharpen its focus on neurorehabilitation. The company, which posted CHF 0.5 million in revenue, is now aggressively scaling its U.S. presence through new clinical partnerships.

The company’s strategy hinges on a partnership with Vibra Healthcare, which provided two years of real-world data indicating that high-intensity neurotherapy significantly improves patient recovery outcomes. Building on these results, CEO Zach Henderson is prioritizing the expansion of commercial operations and the acceleration of adoption for the firm's precision neurotherapeutics platform.

Financial stability remains a central objective as the organization completes its restructuring. MindMaze secured CHF 4.0 million from an equity financing agreement, with an equal amount expected before the end of the year. Beyond the U.S. market, the firm is navigating European reimbursement landscapes by enrolling patients in the SwissNeuroRehab program and initiating the REACT-AVC study in France. These clinical efforts are complemented by a research collaboration with the University of Pittsburgh, which is testing the integration of spinal cord stimulation with MindMaze’s proprietary therapy for stroke recovery.
