Jennifer Johnson, who previously directed Avanade’s industrial accounts and Midwest Dynamics 365 practice, now heads the Global Business Applications unit. She brings a dual perspective as both a former manufacturing client and an implementer, overseeing the firm's broader strategy and execution. Joining her are Ajit Srivastava, Bob Berry, and Jared Eischen, all of whom transition into specialized manufacturing roles.

Srivastava focuses on modernizing business processes, while Berry and Eischen leverage decades of combined experience in ERP systems and supply chain architecture. By integrating these experts, Quisitive intends to translate complex operational pain points into scalable, AI-powered solutions. This leadership expansion signals a shift toward more specialized, vertical-specific consulting as the firm aims to bridge the gap between core infrastructure and emerging digital transformation needs for mid-market and enterprise manufacturers.
