The integration marks a shift for Viably, which has spent over three decades evolving from a regional equipment distributor into a comprehensive industry partner. By absorbing Harp Renewables, the company gains a proven technological framework for processing organic waste, a sector currently central to global sustainability efforts. Viably President Brandon Lapsys noted that the deal aligns with the company’s objective to help operators extract higher value from their material streams through advanced technical integration.

Management is now focused on unifying customer support and manufacturing operations under the Viably master brand. While the Harp name will eventually phase out, existing equipment and service contracts remain protected to ensure continuity for international clients. With a current footprint of over 700 clients and 50 distinct machine models, Viably intends to leverage this new expertise to accelerate product development and penetrate emerging markets in the organic recovery sector.
