CStone Reports 500% Sales Jump for Pralsetinib Amid Pipeline Progress
CStone Pharmaceuticals posted a 500% year-over-year surge in pralsetinib sales during the first seven months of 2026, anchoring a half-year performance defined by the clinical advancement of its trispecific antibody, CS2009. The company is now pivoting toward global Phase III registrational trials for its lead oncology asset.

The Suzhou-based firm confirmed that its lead candidate, CS2009, continues to show robust efficacy in "cold tumors" and IO-pretreated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). With over 300 patients enrolled in global trials, the company reported no dose-limiting toxicities, maintaining a stable safety profile that supports plans for Phase III multi-regional clinical trials by the end of 2026. CStone expects to finalize trial protocols with the U.S. FDA and China’s NMPA in the fourth quarter.
Commercial momentum remains a critical pillar of the company’s transition toward global value realization. Following the inclusion of pralsetinib in China’s National Reimbursement Drug List, the drug has become the primary driver of revenue growth. Alongside these gains, CStone is expanding its "Pipeline 2.0" portfolio, recently initiating a Phase I trial for its EGFR/HER3 bispecific ADC, CS5007, in Australia and China. As of June 30, 2026, the company held RMB 1,560.2 million in cash and cash equivalents to fund its ongoing R&D operations.
