AEVEX Corp. Faces Class Action Lawsuit Over IPO Misconduct
Investors who purchased AEVEX Corp. Class A common stock following the company's April 2026 initial public offering are being urged to join a class action lawsuit. The filing alleges that company officers misled shareholders by concealing secret plans to waive lock-up restrictions shortly after the stock hit the market.

The legal action, brought by the firm Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, claims that the IPO documentation was materially false. According to the complaint, AEVEX management failed to disclose a pre-arranged strategy to permit the company’s controlling private equity owner to offload holdings through a secondary public offering. This secondary offering reportedly generated 207.9 million dollars for the private equity firm while providing no capital to AEVEX itself.
Investors who acquired shares between April 17 and June 4, 2026, are eligible to participate in the litigation. Those wishing to be appointed as lead plaintiff must file their requests with the court by October 20, 2026. The firm represents shareholders on a contingency basis, meaning legal fees are tied to the success of the recovery. Detailed information regarding the complaint is available through the firm’s website or by contacting Peretz Bronstein and Nathan Miller at 917-590-0911.
