Equalis Group and Provista Forge Public Sector Procurement Alliance
Equalis Group has secured a strategic partnership with Provista, effective August 26, 2026, to expand access to supply chain solutions for public agencies. By leveraging Provista’s contract portfolio, the organization aims to streamline purchasing processes and improve resource management for public sector entities across the United States.
The collaboration integrates Provista’s supply chain infrastructure—backed by the $168 billion purchasing power of parent company Vizient—with the cooperative procurement expertise of Equalis Group. Public agencies will gain direct access to over 2,800 contracts and a national supplier network designed to drive competitive pricing and operational efficiency.
Stephen Hull, CEO of Equalis Group, noted that the alliance combines specialized procurement resources with the massive scale of Vizient to help agencies maximize their budgets. Rayna Frisby, VP of Channel Partners at Provista, added that the partnership simplifies complex purchasing requirements for public sector clients nationwide. Beyond contract access, Equalis Group will provide ongoing support and procurement resources to assist members in navigating the expanded portfolio.
