Pomerantz LLP Launches Inquiry into XTI Aerospace Governance

A 15.92% drop in XTI Aerospace stock has prompted Pomerantz LLP to launch an investigation into potential securities fraud. The firm is examining whether the company’s leadership engaged in unlawful practices following a sudden regulatory filing delay linked to the abrupt resignation of its former chief executive.

The scrutiny follows an August 17 notification to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, in which XTI Aerospace disclosed its inability to submit a timely Quarterly Report for the period ending June 30, 2026. Management cited the need for an internal review concerning the former CEO and broader corporate governance issues as the primary cause for the delay.

Investors responded to the disclosure by offloading shares, driving the price down by $0.25 to close at $1.32 per share on August 18. Pomerantz LLP, which specializes in corporate and securities litigation, is now seeking information from shareholders to determine if the company’s actions constitute a breach of fiduciary duty or other misconduct. Those affected are encouraged to contact Danielle Peyton at the firm’s New York office to discuss potential participation in legal proceedings.
