Geotab Recognized Among Top Atlanta Workplaces for Culture and Growth
The Atlanta Business Chronicle has named Geotab one of the region’s Best Places to Work, citing a corporate culture built on high employee engagement and transparency. The selection follows independent surveys conducted by Quantum Workplace, which evaluated the connected operations company on team dynamics, leadership trust, and internal communication.

CEO Neil Cawse attributed the achievement directly to his workforce, noting that the firm’s focus on innovation and integrity remains the primary driver of its success. Beyond internal culture, Geotab is deepening its footprint in the city by investing over $220,000 in doctoral research at the Georgia Institute of Technology. These partnerships place PhD students within the company to solve complex problems in urban freight and traffic pattern analysis.
Simultaneously, the firm is leveraging its Altitude by Geotab initiative to collaborate with The Ray, a nonprofit focused on net-zero transportation. By working alongside regional partners and supporting initiatives like Atlanta Tech Week, the company continues to scale its local operations. Geotab currently processes 100 billion data points daily, supporting a global network of 6 million connected vehicles while expanding its Atlanta-based teams across product and operations roles.
