REAL Jet Expands Leadership with Four Industry Veterans
To bolster its national footprint, REAL Jet has appointed four seasoned aviation executives to its partnership ranks. The move, spearheaded by founders Kenny Dichter and Robert Withers, marks a strategic effort to consolidate top-tier talent from across the private aviation sector into the firm’s young, flexible-booking model.

The new partners—Nicole Hammond, Brad Pendergrass, Lee Esposito, and Charly Martin—arrive with extensive backgrounds in high-stakes aviation sales and operations, having previously served in senior roles at Wheels Up. Since its launch in May 2025, REAL Jet has focused on providing global aircraft access without long-term contracts. The company recently established its headquarters at Atlanta’s Peachtree DeKalb Airport, a hub managed by Pendergrass.
Each recruit brings a specific regional expertise or operational focus to the venture. Hammond leverages two decades of sales experience across the West Coast, while Pendergrass anchors the Southeast market. In Nashville, Esposito aims to counter industry-wide digitization trends by emphasizing human-led, personalized communication. Meanwhile, Martin brings his decade of industry experience to the Pacific Northwest. Dichter and Withers emphasize that this team assembly is designed to prioritize service and client relationships, effectively bridging the gap between premium brokerage and bespoke travel solutions.
