SKF Adjusts Voting Rights Following Share Conversion
AB SKF has finalized a shift in its corporate capital structure following the conversion of Series A shares into Series B shares. As of August 31, 2026, this regulatory update recalibrates the company’s total voting power to 71,561,585.8, reflecting the new balance between its two share classes.

The Swedish industrial group reports a total of 455,351,068 shares currently in circulation. This figure comprises 28,918,310 Series A shares and 426,432,758 Series B shares. The company maintains no treasury shares, meaning the entirety of the issued capital remains held by external parties. These adjustments align with the internal provisions outlined in the firm's Articles of Association and satisfy transparency requirements under the Financial Instruments Trading Act.
