The report, which analyzed feedback from Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, and the UK, indicates that 34% of respondents successfully expanded their reach into new countries after onboarding. For many, the platform serves as a critical sales channel; 75% of participants classify it as either their primary revenue source or a vital secondary outlet.

Success stories from the platform include Spanish spare-parts retailer Recamania, which scaled its workforce after automating listings, and French brand Ubedia, which transitioned its founders to full-time operations within weeks of launching. These results reflect a broader trend where 43% of surveyed sellers, many of whom had been trading for over a decade, utilized the platform to modernize their distribution.

Merchants pointed to specific operational advantages, with 38% citing the simplicity of the seller portal and 35% noting the platform's cost structure as primary drivers for growth. Furthermore, 65% of respondents highlighted the value of dedicated account support in navigating the complexities of cross-border trade. For family-run enterprises like Italy’s SD Calabria, this access has facilitated a transition from a local customer base to an international one without the need for individual regional marketing campaigns.
