High Tide Expands Canna Cabana Network with Three New Locations

High Tide Inc. is accelerating its retail footprint with the launch of three new Canna Cabana stores across Ontario and Saskatchewan. The openings, scheduled over a four-day window in early September, push the company’s total Canadian store count to 232 as it pursues a target of 20 new locations for 2026.

The expansion includes sites in Lindsay and Orléans, Ontario, alongside a new storefront in Regina, Saskatchewan. Each location was selected for its high visibility and favorable competitive landscape. In Lindsay, the company is converting an existing lease at 351 Kent Street West to capture regional traffic in a commercial hub. The Orléans store, situated at 900 Watters Road, marks the company's entry into a densely populated eastern suburb of Ottawa, while the Regina site on Rochdale Boulevard targets a high-traffic node in the city's northwest quadrant.

Raj Grover, founder and CEO of High Tide, emphasized that the company is prioritizing site quality and return on invested capital over rapid, unchecked expansion. The strategy relies on the brand's discount club model to secure market share in areas with limited local competition. With over 15 additional locations currently in development, the company maintains that these openings remain fully funded through internally generated cash flow. Further financial updates for the third fiscal quarter are expected on September 14.
