LG CNS Expands U.S. Ad Tech Push with Agentic AI Platform
LG CNS showcased its Amazon-focused marketing tool, LG Optapex, at the ASD Market Week trade show in Las Vegas this August. The solution, which leverages agentic AI and mathematical modeling to automate digital ad campaigns, aims to capture a larger share of the North American e-commerce advertising market.

Launched in the first half of 2025, LG Optapex targets the complexities of the Amazon marketplace by managing the entire advertising lifecycle. The system utilizes AI agents to analyze sales history, inventory levels, and real-time conversion patterns. Once data is processed, mathematical optimization algorithms calculate precise bid strategies and budget allocations designed to hit specific revenue and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) targets.
Beyond strategy, the platform automates the execution phase. The AI monitors keyword performance and adjusts budgets in real-time, functioning as an autonomous operator for sellers. If performance metrics shift, the system generates diagnostic reports and suggests corrective actions to maintain efficiency. Currently, approximately 190 companies across the U.S., South Korea, and China utilize the platform.
Case studies underscore the tool’s impact on bottom-line performance. A U.S.-based gaming gear seller reported a 40% improvement in ROAS after adopting the platform, while a UK beauty brand saw an 8-fold increase in ad-attributed revenue. BY Kim, head of the solution business unit at LG CNS, stated that agent-driven optimization is now a necessity for e-commerce growth. The company continues to solidify its footprint in the sector, having participated in Amazon Ads Unboxed events for two consecutive years as it seeks to scale its global client portfolio.
