Tarkett Launches Paired Path Collection to Unify Interior Surfaces
Tarkett is expanding its flooring portfolio with the Paired Path collection, a new luxury vinyl tile series designed to maintain aesthetic continuity across diverse commercial environments. The launch introduces two distinct platforms, Align 2.5 and Transition 4.5, engineered to balance performance requirements with varying budget and traffic demands.

The collection features seven wood and four stone visuals, ranging from Creekhaven Oak and Northwest Walnut to Cast Concrete and Terrazzo Studio. By offering these designs in both 2.5 mm and 4.5 mm thicknesses, the company aims to provide a cohesive palette that functions across different areas of a project. Both constructions utilize a 20-mil wear layer, providing resistance against scuffs, stains, and abrasions. Align 2.5 is rated for high-traffic environments at 2500 PSI, while the 4.5 mm variant supports 1500 PSI.
Omoleye Simmons, vice president of design for Tarkett North America, noted that the system is intended to create fluid movement between rooms, grounding spaces through a unified design logic. Beyond aesthetics, the products emphasize sustainability; the entire line is free of ortho-phthalates, FloorScore certified, and carries a product-specific Environmental Product Declaration. These materials are also integrated into Tarkett’s ReStart recycling program, allowing for end-of-life reclamation. Designers can utilize the Tailored by Tarkett visualizer suite to plan layouts and explore the collection's compatibility with the broader Tarkett Solution SPECtrum portfolio.
