250 West 96th Street Leads Manhattan Luxury Sales Under New Team
Eight contracts signed in July alone have propelled 250 West 96th Street to the top of Manhattan’s new development market. The surge follows the appointment of Team Arceon, led by Kristen Suh, as the exclusive sales and marketing group for the 131-residence Upper West Side condominium project.

JVP Development tapped the Corcoran-affiliated team to accelerate the sellout of the Thomas Juul-Hansen-designed building, which is now 65% sold. Van Nguyen, founder of JVP, credited the group’s strategic execution for the recent sales momentum. Team Arceon brings a track record that includes the sellout of the Oosten in Williamsburg, with a combined portfolio value exceeding $1 billion.
The property features Jura gray limestone cladding and bronze-framed windows, housing one- to five-bedroom residences. Amenities include a 75-foot indoor saltwater pool, a squash court, and a rooftop cinema overlooking the Hudson River. Situated between Riverside Park and Central Park, the building offers proximity to the 96th Street subway hub, targeting buyers who prioritize architectural quality and neighborhood connectivity.
