Innocan Pharma Reports $5.25M Revenue Amidst Tariff Uncertainty

Innocan Pharma Corporation posted US$5.25 million in revenue for the second quarter of 2026, a 25% year-over-year decline attributed largely to shifting U.S. customs policies. Despite the revenue dip, the company maintained a robust 90.9% gross margin, anchored by the continued market dominance of its flagship VALITIC skincare brand.

The company’s consumer wellness subsidiary, B.I. Sky Global Ltd., continues to leverage the Amazon "Best Seller" status of its VALITIC line to anchor its financial position. CEO Iris Bincovich noted that while regulatory fluctuations regarding tariffs created significant headwinds during the period, the firm retains a solid foundation with US$6.4 million in cash and cash equivalents. Total assets reached US$10.37 million as of June 30, 2026.

To counter the recent decline in sales, management is pivoting toward a multi-channel distribution strategy. Roni Kamhi, CEO of B.I. Sky and COO of Innocan, confirmed the company is moving beyond its reliance on Amazon by expanding relationships with major U.S. retail networks and scaling its own direct-to-consumer website. These initiatives aim to diversify revenue streams and strengthen brand engagement in the coming fiscal year, even as the company navigates a challenging macroeconomic environment.
