The new hires bring a combined decades of experience to the engineering, procurement, and construction provider. Jason Double joins as Director of Pre-Construction & Project Management, bringing over 20 years of experience in estimating and planning. Jonathan Tracey steps into the role of Director of Engineering & Procurement with a track record of delivering more than 1.2 GW of renewable energy projects across the United States and Canada.
Financial and operational oversight will be managed by Nancy Surian, who joins as Director of Finance & Controls after 18 years in the construction sector. Rounding out the appointments is Senior Project Manager Ross Ewart, who brings experience managing 115 MW of utility-scale solar projects.
