Jill Case-Wirth Joins Swift Workforce AI to Guide Clinical Strategy
Jill Case-Wirth, a veteran nurse executive formerly of Wellstar Health System, has joined Swift Workforce AI as Senior Clinical Advisor. Her appointment aims to integrate clinical leadership directly into the development of the startup’s agentic AI scheduling tools, which target the high administrative burden currently placed on nursing managers.
Case-Wirth, who holds credentials as an MHA, BSN, RN, and FAAN, will spearhead the company’s Clinical Advisory Committee. Her role involves bridging the gap between hospital operational pressures and the deployment of large language models in clinical settings. By advising the leadership team, she seeks to ensure that AI integration remains focused on relieving the administrative tasks that consume nearly 60% of a nurse leader’s time.
John Sheehan, CEO of Swift Workforce AI, cited Case-Wirth’s background in nursing excellence and workforce strategy as vital to the firm's growth. For her part, Case-Wirth emphasized that the technology must balance financial sustainability with the professional needs of frontline staff. Her focus will be on refining Swift’s AI Scheduling Copilot to improve retention and productivity while maintaining human oversight in decision-making processes.
