While federal courts have previously blocked directives related to the administration's mail-in voting strategy, the complaint suggests the Postal Service is continuing development in defiance of those orders. Libby Liu, CEO of Whistleblower Aid, warned that the process risks disenfranchising millions under the guise of technical improvement. Representative Robert Garcia, a ranking member of the House Oversight Committee, condemned the initiative as an unconstitutional power grab that threatens the integrity of the upcoming election cycle.
