Vinci Compass Finalizes Acquisition of Navi Real Estate Platform
Vinci Compass Investments has finalized its acquisition of Navi’s real estate business, a move that integrates roughly R$800 million in assets under management into the firm's portfolio. The deal bolsters the company's footprint in Brazilian REITs and expands its reach across multi-strategy and residential investment vehicles.
The transaction brings four REITs listed on the Brazilian stock exchange and CETIP under the management of Vinci Compass. These assets are largely housed in long-term lock-up and perpetual vehicles, providing a stable foundation for the firm’s continued growth in the region. CEO Alessandro Horta stated that the move is a strategic step in broadening the company's investment capabilities and deepening its presence in the multi-strategy segment.
With nearly thirty years of regional experience, Vinci Compass manages R$361 billion in assets as of June 2026. The firm operates across eleven offices in the United States and Latin America, maintaining specialized teams in sectors ranging from private equity and infrastructure to forestry and corporate advisory.
