QuadMed Opens First Florida Health Center for Collier County Staff

The facility aims to centralize primary care, chronic condition management, and wellness services under a single roof to improve accessibility.

The clinic, located in Naples, provides staff with same-day treatment for minor injuries, preventive screenings, and virtual care options. By bypassing traditional fragmented medical networks, the center offers a coordinated team that manages long-term health records and pharmacy services. This approach seeks to encourage earlier medical interventions and reduce the administrative burden on county workers.

Kathryn Quadracci Flores, CEO of QuadMed, noted that the facility is built specifically around the workforce rather than relying on rented access to existing systems. The center is staffed by a medical director and a team of clinical professionals who will coordinate with the county’s broader wellness initiatives. County Manager Amy Patterson described the move as a practical investment in the well-being of the people who serve the community, emphasizing that consistent access to care is essential for maintaining a productive workforce. Patients can manage their health information and communicate with providers through the Epic-powered MyChart platform.
