Esquire Bank Secures Spot in S&P Global Deposit Rankings
For the third consecutive year, Jericho-based Esquire Bank has earned a place among the top 100 community deposit franchises in the United States. The S&P Global Market Intelligence ranking recognizes institutions with less than $3 billion in assets that demonstrate superior stability and efficiency in their funding operations.

The assessment evaluates banks based on eight specific metrics, including deposit concentration, cost of interest-bearing funds, and overall growth. This recognition arrives at a pivotal moment for the parent company, Esquire Financial Holdings, following its August 1 acquisition of Signature Bancorporation. The consolidation brings the firm’s total assets to approximately $4.8 billion, with $4.0 billion in deposits.
Andrew C. Sagliocca, CEO and President of Esquire, attributed the consistent performance to the bank’s specialized focus on the litigation industry and small business sectors. By maintaining deep ties with these national markets, the firm has fostered organic deposit growth that persists even as the organization expands its footprint into new metropolitan areas, including Chicago and Los Angeles.
