H.I.G. Capital Acquires Pharmacy Tech Firm Outcomes One
Miami-based investment firm H.I.G. Capital has acquired Orlando-based Outcomes One, a significant player in clinical network services and pharmacy technology. The deal positions the private equity giant to expand its influence over a national pharmacy network that currently covers approximately 85% of U.S. pharmacies.

Outcomes One provides a comprehensive suite of digital tools used for prescription processing, billing, and inventory management. Beyond software, the company operates a clinical network that facilitated over 10 million interventions across 130 million covered lives in 2025. By integrating platforms like Rx30 and Computer-Rx, the firm aims to position pharmacists as central figures in patient health management.
Jude Dieterman, CEO of Outcomes, stated that the partnership will provide the necessary resources to scale their existing clinical platforms. Arjun Mohan, Managing Director at H.I.G., noted that the investment targets the firm's goal of supporting technology that improves patient health. William Blair & Co. and Kirkland & Ellis advised H.I.G. on the acquisition, while TripleTree and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett represented Outcomes. H.I.G. currently manages $75 billion in capital and has invested in more than 400 companies since its inception in 1993.
