The Barboursville location is owned by Tammy and Rancie Hannah, a local couple transitioning from careers in pharmaceuticals and hospice care into the restaurant industry. The new site will offer the brand’s signature made-from-scratch chicken salad, soups, and sandwiches, providing both dine-in and catering services. To celebrate the grand opening, the first 100 guests in line on September 16 will receive free chicken salad for a year, distributed through the company’s mobile app.

Throughout the opening week, the restaurant will host daily promotions, including giveaways for branded tote bags and tumblers. Beyond the commercial launch, the franchise owners have partnered with the Ronald McDonald House to host pre-opening fundraising events. The restaurant will operate daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., as the company continues a broader expansion strategy that includes upcoming launches in Michigan and New York.
