McLean & Company Shifts AI Training Focus from Tools to Human Judgment

The Human-Centric AI Program aims to bridge the gap between heavy financial investment in artificial intelligence and the reality of workplace application. According to Suz Khatcherian, vice president of Learning Solutions, the primary bottleneck for most firms is not the technology itself, but the lack of employee confidence and practical fluency required to leverage it responsibly. The firm argues that successful integration depends on core human capabilities like communication, adaptability, and sound judgment.

The curriculum is structured into three progressive paths: Foundational AI & Data Fluency, Practical Application, and Leading in an AI World. These modules move away from one-time workshops, instead offering a blended learning model that includes microlearning, hands-on scenarios, and expert-led sessions. By focusing on these durable skills, McLean & Company intends to provide a framework that remains relevant as underlying technologies shift.

Jennifer Rozon, president of the firm, notes that the goal is to keep people at the center of evolving workflows. This approach is intended to scale AI usage beyond individual productivity hacks to a sustainable, organization-wide capability. The program content will be updated continuously to match the pace of AI advancement, supported by additional advisory services for enterprises looking to build comprehensive internal roadmaps.
