Rodeo Dental Appoints Lorri Detrick CEO and Andrew Napolitano CFO

Detrick joins the Irving-based firm with over 20 years of healthcare experience, most recently serving as President and COO at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry. Her tenure there was defined by scaling multi-location dental operations while emphasizing organizational culture and clinical support systems. She will work alongside Napolitano, who transitions from his role as CFO at Exer Urgent Care. Napolitano brings a background in capital planning and financial infrastructure, both critical components for the organization's planned national expansion.

This leadership transition completes a high-level management realignment. The team now includes President and COO Suzanne Jackson and Chief Dental Officer Dr. Yahya Mansour. Zarrabi stated the move aims to balance aggressive national scaling with the company's original mission of providing accessible, high-end dental care. By moving into the Executive Chairman role, Zarrabi intends to maintain his involvement in the company’s patient experience and innovation initiatives, ensuring the clinical culture remains intact as the business enters its next growth phase.
