Datavault AI Faces Class Action Over Alleged Securities Fraud

Investors who purchased Datavault AI Inc. stock between September 4, 2024, and October 30, 2025, are being recruited for a class action lawsuit. The litigation, filed by Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP, alleges the company misled shareholders regarding its AI platform’s utility and failed to disclose damaging business associations.

The complaint centers on claims that Datavault inflated the perceived value of its corporate partnerships, specifically citing its work with Nature’s Miracle. Beyond these technical claims, the lawsuit highlights a lack of transparency regarding trading volumes on the company’s platform. The firm alleges that Datavault’s market standing was further compromised when undisclosed ties to a convicted felon surfaced, leading to a significant decline in shareholder value.

Shareholders who incurred losses during this period have until October 5, 2026, to apply for lead plaintiff status. While the class has not yet been formally certified, legal representatives Brian Schall and David Schwartz are inviting affected investors to discuss potential recovery options. Participation in the lawsuit does not mandate a lead plaintiff role, and those who choose to take no action will remain absent class members until the court grants certification.
