Investors Target Datavault AI in Securities Class Action Lawsuit
Shareholders of Datavault AI are facing a critical deadline of October 5, 2026, to join a class action lawsuit against the company. The litigation alleges that the firm engaged in deceptive practices, specifically inflating the value of its partnerships and misrepresenting trading volumes on its proprietary platform.

The complaint filed against Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT) centers on alleged violations of sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. According to court filings, the company issued false and misleading statements to the market between September 4, 2024, and October 30, 2025. Plaintiffs claim that Datavault significantly overstated the utility of its AI technology and fabricated the scale of activity on its platform, which remained low despite contrary public assertions.
The DJS Law Group, currently representing the interests of affected investors, is inviting those who suffered financial losses to discuss potential lead plaintiff appointments. While investors do not need to be named as lead plaintiffs to receive a portion of any eventual recovery, they must act before the upcoming October deadline to ensure their claims are considered.
