Adams brings extensive experience in complex commercial real estate, including forward-funded development acquisitions, corporate property elements, and large-scale financing. She will integrate with the firm’s global real estate practice—a division comprising more than 700 attorneys—to provide local institutional clients with cross-border legal support. Her arrival follows the firm’s recent transition to new premises in the Kingdom Centre and the appointment of technology lawyer Nick Roudev, marking a period of rapid headcount growth for the firm in the region.

Since entering the Middle East in 2023, Greenberg Traurig has scaled its presence through offices in Riyadh, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi. Executive Chairman Richard A. Rosenbaum noted that the firm prioritizes placing experienced practitioners in markets experiencing high demand for sophisticated legal counsel. By positioning Adams in Riyadh, the firm aims to capture opportunities arising from the Kingdom’s ongoing economic diversification, specifically within the office, retail, and hospitality sectors.
