Genpact Earns Spot on Newsweek’s List for Family-Friendly Employers
For the second consecutive year, Genpact has secured a place on Newsweek’s America’s Greatest Workplaces for Parents & Families. The designation highlights how the firm balances rapid technological transformation with the practical needs of staff managing responsibilities at home alongside their professional contributions within the company.

The 2026 ranking, developed by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group, evaluated U.S. companies with over 1,000 employees. The assessment relied on a survey of more than 100,000 working parents, supplemented by desk research and 120 specific workplace performance indicators. Criteria included access to remote work, paid parental leave, and established support systems for caregivers.
Jakub Vanek, Chief Operating Officer for Genpact Americas, emphasized that the recognition validates the company’s efforts to provide flexibility and management support. According to the firm, these foundations are increasingly vital for maintaining team performance during periods of industry-wide disruption. Current initiatives at Genpact include hybrid scheduling, adjustable working hours, and a focus on leadership accountability to foster an inclusive culture.
