Fly-E Group Restores Nasdaq Compliance Following Filing Delay
Electric vehicle manufacturer Fly-E Group, Inc. has regained compliance with Nasdaq listing standards just days after receiving a delinquency notice. The company had temporarily fallen out of good standing with the exchange after failing to submit its quarterly Form 10-Q report for the period ending June 30, 2026, on schedule.

The notice, issued by Nasdaq on September 1, 2026, flagged the company for violating Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). Although the alert served as an official notification of deficiency, it did not trigger an immediate threat of delisting or interfere with the trading of Fly-E Group’s securities on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
The New York-based firm, which specializes in smart electric motorcycles and scooters, rectified the administrative lapse by submitting the required financial documentation to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on the same day the notice was received. Following the successful filing, Nasdaq issued written confirmation on September 3, 2026, verifying that the company is once again in full compliance with exchange regulations.
