FSBO.com Launches Digital Negotiation Tool to Simplify Home Offers
Navigating the fragmented process of residential real estate offers is often a gauntlet of emailed PDFs and manual coordination. FSBO.com aims to disrupt this cycle with the beta launch of PACT, a digital platform designed to consolidate negotiations, counteroffers, and final agreements into a single, transparent workflow for all parties.

The Purchase Agreement Creator Technology (PACT) allows buyers to submit offers directly through property listings, while sellers gain a centralized dashboard to manage competing bids, counter individual terms, or request best-and-final submissions. Once terms are finalized, the system generates a clean memorandum of understanding, creating a clear audit trail that replaces the traditional, error-prone practice of piecing together multiple signed documents.
Brad Rice, a key figure at FSBO.com, notes the platform is built to accommodate both self-represented individuals and those working with real estate agents. When professionals are involved, they can manage the negotiation on behalf of their clients while maintaining transparency for the buyer or seller. The tool handles complex scenarios—such as rent-back arrangements, home-sale contingencies, and multiple-offer environments—that previously required significant manual intervention.
This release marks the first step in a larger push to digitize the entire transaction lifecycle. FSBO.com is partnering with bevri.ai to develop infrastructure that will eventually bridge the gap from contract to closing, connecting financing resources and vendors to reduce overall transaction costs. The PACT beta is currently open to the FSBO.com community for real-world testing, serving as a proving ground before a broader rollout. For leadership at the company, the goal is to shift real estate toward a more efficient, standardized digital experience that persists regardless of whether a buyer or seller employs an agent.
