Casa Consulting Acquires Fort Wayne Senior Living Campus
The Village at Anthony Boulevard, a 346-unit senior living campus in Fort Wayne, Indiana, changed hands on September 1. Investment bank Ziegler served as the exclusive sell-side advisor for the transaction, facilitating the transfer from Lutheran Life Villages to the Indiana-based operator Casa Consulting.

Lutheran Life Villages initiated the strategic review of the property in 2025, working alongside Ziegler to evaluate the future of the continuum campus. The transition marks a significant shift for the organization, which sought an operator capable of maintaining the facility's long-standing reputation for clinical care. Alex Kiefer, President and CEO of Lutheran Life Villages, noted that the selection of Casa Consulting was driven by a shared commitment to prioritizing the needs of residents and staff.
Moshe Siegal, CEO of Casa Consulting, intends to elevate the campus into a premier continuing care retirement community. The company plans to focus on improving clinical outcomes and enhancing the resident experience across the 346-unit facility. This divestiture allows Lutheran Life Villages to refine its portfolio while Ziegler continues its focus on senior housing and healthcare-related mergers and acquisitions.
