Powder River Crude Services Launches Pipeline Open Season in Wyoming
Powder River Crude Services opened a binding solicitation period today, inviting producers to commit acreage to a proposed crude oil gathering pipeline system. Running through October 4, the process allows shippers to secure firm capacity for transport between receipt points in Converse County and the Pronghorn Station in Douglas.
The project aims to expand infrastructure connectivity for crude oil moving out of Wyoming’s production zones. By signing gathering agreements during this window, participants gain guaranteed access to the line, which serves as a critical link to the Pronghorn facility.
Interested parties must execute a confidentiality agreement to access technical specifications and contract terms. Chris Storey is managing inquiries regarding the open season process and documentation requirements. The initiative is backed by the Irving, Texas-based midstream operator Silver Creek Midstream, which maintains extensive gathering and storage assets across both Wyoming and Texas.
